A reminder not to overindulge this Christmas... Josie Gibson's pre-diet bikini pictures revealed

She might have lost an astonishing four stone in just six months, but this Christmas Josie Gibson has been given a gentle reminder not to overindulge over the holidays.

Pictures of Josie wearing a bikini before she embarked upon her diet have been released, showing just how far the former Big Brother star has come.

The 27-year-old blonde is seen wearing a turquoise halterneck bikini, displaying her lumps and bumps as she poses up for the camera.

But for Josie, the pictures are just a reminder that she has achieved her ambitions and reached her goal weight ahead of the festive season.

Speaking previously about her weight loss, Josie, who has her own fitness DVD 30 Second Slim, said: 'It's taken me over six months to lose nearly 4st and I couldn't be prouder of myself.

'In fact, from now on you'll probably be confusing me with Miranda Kerr. Kind of. I'll honestly never be fat again and looking to the future doesn't fill me with fear like it used to.'

And the pretty blonde star added to Now magazine that she has changed her entire outlook on life since shedding the pounds.

She said: 'I spent months at the start of my health kick craving all things sweet and my old diet. But now, hand on heart, I'll choose a bit of sushi over a lamb doner any day.'

As well as her new healthy diet, Josie has been working out with personal trainer James Stark four times a week in a bid to regain her slim figure.

But while Josie won't be letting herself go entirely this Christmas, she is sure to have a few days off.

She tweeted on Christmas morning: 'Merry Christmas!! The Meat is on!! Just had my first meal of the day!!! Let's frikkin eat like its 1999!!!! Ye mon!'
